Warsaw Spire – a symbol of openness and transparency
The Warsaw Spire complex consists of three interconnected towers and serves as a premium office space with its main structure soaring to 220 meters. Aligning with Warsaw’s identity as a forward-looking, international city, the towers are intended to symbolize openness and accessibility. Beyond office spaces, the Warsaw Spire complex functions as a multifunctional hub that includes retail and event areas, as well as public spaces.
The building features a dynamic glass and stainless steel façade that exudes a sense of lightness. Outokumpu Supra 316L/4044 stainless steel was selected for its aesthetic consistency and corrosion resistance, ensuring a sleek look that endures over time. The use of stainless steel not only adds visual appeal but also reinforces the building’s sustainability credentials, reflecting a commitment to long-lasting quality and modern design.

Mennica Legacy Tower – a seamless blend of form and function
Embodying a blend of functionality and style, Mennica Legacy Tower features sharp, clean lines that create a distinctive modern look that fits seamlessly into Warsaw’s financial district. Standing at 140 meters the tower primarily serves as an office space reflecting the developers’ aim to create a structure that integrates form and function.
Outokumpu’s stainless steel was selected for the building’s façade due to its exceptional durability and ability to retain visual integrity over time. This choice aligns with the project’s emphasis on sustainability and energy efficiency, reinforcing the tower’s future-proof design. The collaboration between Golub GetHouse and Mennica Polska ensured that every aspect, from aesthetic quality to structural longevity, met the highest standards.
The architectural firm Goettsch Partners has specified the Deco Linen finish on various other outstanding buildings, mainly in Chicago, where they are based, but also in Shenzhen, China and Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Varso Tower – the pinnacle of modern European architecture
Standing at a proud 310 meters, Varso Tower holds the title of the tallest building in the European Union. This landmark has redefined Warsaw’s skyline symbolizing the city’s growing economic and architectural ambitions. The tower includes a public observation deck with panoramic views and is part of a larger complex developed by HB Reavis, comprising additional office and commercial spaces.
The building’s sleek and reflective façade features premium Outokumpu stainless steel, with a Deco Linen finish enhancing its aesthetic appeal and ensuring durability in Warsaw’s varied climate. For the roof, which required a low-reflecting material, the Deco Linen Supermatt finish was selected to meet the architectural specifications. The choice of stainless steel was driven by the need for a resilient, elegant, and modern material. The tower’s design also emphasizes energy efficiency and sustainability, making it a model for future stainless steel facades in Warsaw skyscrapers.
