At Outokumpu, we play by the rules and ethics is everyone’s responsibility. We are committed to transparency and open communication. If there has been a violation of our Code of Conduct, speak up!

SpeakUp is an externally operated channel enabling Outokumpu employees and external stakeholders to report breaches of the Outokumpu Code of Conduct or other misconduct. This can be done confidentially and anonymously, if allowed by the local laws and regulations.

We are committed to a strict non-retaliation policy and do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who has reported a potential violation in good faith.
